A graduate of the small business executive program at the Graduate School
of Business, Stanford University, Mr. Prusa received his Bachelors Degree
from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona and did his graduate
work at the Graduate School of Business, University of Santa Clara and
the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
With over 20 years experience as a business executive,
he has successfully held positions as the chief staff executive for three
international trade organizations, as a resort general manager, educator,
and golf course manager: Most recently he worked for 2 1/2 years directing
the preparation of Harding Park Golf Course in San Francisco for the extremely
successful 2005 American Express Championship, World Golf Championships:

Mr. Prusa is licensed in California as an Agricultural
Pest Control Adviser and also licensed as a Qualified Pesticide Applicator.
Noted for his ability to reorganize and successfully turn-around
ailing organizations and departments, he has honed these skills to assist
others. He is very skilled in the area of forensic financial analysis
and has successfully uncovered and prosecuted embezzlement activity in the
hospitality industry.
A US Navy aviation veteran, he served in Vietnam from
1968-69 and was awarded the Air Medal. Currently residing in Kobe,
Japan.
